Above link is the listing for Dean's Larson Workshop and also for the Machetanz Art Festival June 4 at Mat-Su College.
This is our first event of its kind and we hope that it will grow into an attraction such as the Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival.

Dean Larson will teach a four day oil painting workshop at Mat-Su College May 31-June 3 for $200. Two days will focus on landscape and two days on portraits. He will also have a one day demo/paint on June 4.

The Machetanz Art Festival is very affordable at $50 for the day which includes lunch. The list of teachers and their Bios is attached

You can register on line or call the office 907-745-9774 and Student Services will help you enroll. Especially if you have never been a student at the college, it is confusing. You can also stop by the college office Mon-Fri to register.
